Since it is not possible to edit embedded media with XFMG2, I have written a small add-on so that I don’t always have to do this directly via the database. The comments on the media cannot be moved either, so deleting is usually not an option if a video is deleted by the hoster.

There is not much to see, the addon integrates itself into the sidebar entry of the XFMG, there is an input field for the old and the new media ID and a button to execute the action, that’s it.

Da es mit der XFMG2 ja nicht möglich ist, eingebettete Medien zu bearbeiten, habe ich ein kleines Addon geschrieben, um das nicht immer direkt über die Datenbank machen zu müssen. Die Kommentare zu den Medien lassen sich nämlich ebenfalls nicht verschieben, also ist löschen in der Regel keine Option, wenn mal ein Video vom Hoster gelöscht wird.

Viel zu sehen gibt es nicht, das Addon integriert sich in den Sidebar-Eintrag der XFMG, es gibt ein Eingabefeld für die alte und die neue Medien ID und einen Button um die Aktion auszuführen, das wars auch schon.
